We understand that you don’t want to wait days or even weeks for your supplements to arrive. If you order before 1pm AEST, we will dispatch your order the same day (*excludes weekends, public holidays, and sale days).

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99, and a flat rate of $15 for orders under $50 shipped direct to your door Australia wide!

Returns

Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase.

Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

Unopened within its original packaging
In as new condition
Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
Returned to us at your own expense

We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:

you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
the product did not perform to your expectations

Neither Nutrition Culture, nor the products we sell claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support you as part of a well balanced diet. Nutrition Culture are not healthcare professionals, therefore any information and advice you receive should not replace the medical advice provided to you by your healthcare professional. We recommend that you always seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Nutrition Culture Online, please send a picture of the goods to nutritionculture@icloud.com with your original Order Number and we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you.
